4 Kinds of Tea Best for Health 

Tea is indeed synonymous with health. The habit of sipping a cup of tea is also effective for reducing stress, prevent hypertension, to suppress the risk of heart disease. There are various kinds of tea in the world, but in general there are four types of tea which should not be underestimated.  

1. The Darjeeling
The tea is touted as the world's finest tea was plucked from tea plant that grows in the mountainous Himalayan region of Darjeeling in India.
